本用户协议适用于佛壁（BuddhaWall）App、佛壁商店网站及相关服务。你访问或使用服务，即表示你同意遵守本协议。
1. 服务内容
佛壁提供唐卡、护法、佛教艺术相关壁纸浏览、收藏、下载、商品展示、客服咨询及相关数字内容服务。具体功能可能因版本、地区、设备或平台政策而有所不同。
2. 用户行为
- 你应合法、善意地使用本服务，不得用于违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰或破坏服务安全的行为。
- 你不得绕过技术限制、批量抓取内容、干扰服务器或冒用他人身份。
- 你应保证在咨询、购买或反馈时提供的信息真实、准确。
3. 内容与知识产权
服务中的文字、图片、界面、品牌、图标、壁纸和其他内容受知识产权法律保护。除非另有明确授权，你仅可为个人、非商业目的使用已获得授权的内容，不得擅自复制、分发、出售、改编或用于商业用途。
4. 商品咨询与交付
佛壁商店展示的商品信息、价格、库存和交付方式可能随时调整。实际购买、交付与售后安排以客服确认内容为准。
5. 第三方平台
通过 Apple App Store、Google Play、微信或其他第三方平台使用、下载、支付或沟通时，你还需遵守相应第三方平台的规则和政策。
6. 免责声明
我们会尽力保持服务稳定和内容准确，但不保证服务不会中断、延迟或完全无误。因网络、设备、第三方服务、不可抗力或用户自身原因造成的损失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
7. 协议变更
我们可能根据服务变化更新本协议。更新后的协议将在本页面发布，并自标明的生效日期起适用。

User Agreement

This User Agreement applies to the BuddhaWall app, the BuddhaWall Store website, and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to follow this Agreement.
1. Services
BuddhaWall provides wallpaper browsing, saving, downloads, product display, customer service inquiries, and related digital content featuring thangka, guardian deity, and Buddhist art themes. Features may vary by version, region, device, or platform policy.
2. User Conduct
- You must use the services lawfully and in good faith, and must not use them for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or security-disrupting activities.
- You must not bypass technical restrictions, scrape content in bulk, interfere with servers, or impersonate others.
- You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information when making inquiries, purchases, or feedback submissions.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
Text, images, interface designs, branding, icons, wallpapers, and other materials in the services are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized, you may use authorized content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit it.

When you download, pay, communicate, or use services through Apple App Store, Google Play, WeChat, or other third-party platforms, you must also follow those platforms' rules and policies.
6. Disclaimer
We work to keep the services stable and accurate, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by networks, devices, third-party services, force majeure events, or user-side causes.
